About the Hypnotist

As an empath, I have always had a heart to help others. From my early years of re-wrapping my new Christmas toys to give to others, to my days as a corporate executive working for companies such as UPS and Toys R Us, helping others always brought me the greatest joy.

Having worked in the corporate sector also made me realize the high stress lifestyle that people must deal with daily. Stress can manifest itself in various ways including poor mental and physical health, addictive habits, and bad behavior. I decided that I wanted to help others find a way to reduce their stress and improve their lifestyle through hypnosis.

I traveled to Singapore and trained to become an International Professional Certified Hypnotherapist and Consulting Hypnotist with the National Guild of Hypnotists and the 5-PATH® International Association of Hypnosis Professionals. I received my certifications as a Master Hypnotist and 5-PATH® Hypnotist from The Pathlight Centre, in Singapore after completing my training under Pete Tan and Nancy Wong. I also hold a certification in Forensic Hypnosis from the American School of Hypnosis, and I am a Certified Teacher of 7th Path Self-Hypnosis®, a mind, body and spirit approach to self-hypnosis. In addition to, I also hold a certification as a Master NLP Practitioner accredited by the Complementary Therapist Accredited Association.

Through my coaching and guidance, I help people explore their behavior and change unhealthy habits with good ones, leading to a more positive and meaningful life for them. In all this, my goal is always the same: to help people find the best within themselves and to improve their lives in the process.
