Confidentiality Policy
The law protects the relationship between a client and a hypnotherapist, and information cannot be disclosed without written permission.
Exceptions include:
- Suspected child abuse or dependent adult or elder abuse, for which I am required by law to report this to the appropriate authorities immediately.
- If a client is threatening serious bodily harm to another person/s, I must notify the police and inform the intended victim.
- If a client intends to harm himself or herself, I will make every effort to enlist their cooperation in ensuring their safety. If they do not cooperate, I will take further measures without their permission that are provided to me by law in order to ensure their safety.
Payment Policy
Payment is due in full at the time of scheduled appointment and insurance is unfortunately not accepted. Payments can be made by debit and credit card or PayPal and PayPal credit. Sessions purchased in a package can be used up to 1 year from purchase date. All online purchases are conducted via an encryped secure server to ensure that your personal information is kept private and secure.
Cancellation Policy
Our hours are by appointment. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please attend/connect promptly to obtain your full session. We require a 24-hour cancellation or rescheduling notice. Unless cancelled or rescheduled, you are financially responsible for the time reserved. Missed sessions are subject to forfeiture with no refund given. Attending more than 10 minutes late for a session is considered a “missed” session.
Appointment Communication Methods:
Life-Changing Hypnosis uses text messaging, along with email and/or phone, to communicate appointment information (i.e. confirmations, changes, cancellation, etc.) for Free Consultation and Hypnosis Session request in which message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to simply opt out of text messaging communications.
